Supervision, control, and data acquisition system of a heat exchanger

<span>Today, when industry 4.0 is already being talked about, and its advantages at the organizational level, there are still industrial processes that show a lack of automatic regulation mechanisms, which means an optimal operating process not guaranteed, nor monitoring supervision capacity. In this sense, purpose article to demonstrate feasibility integration between programmable logic controller Arduino nanocontrollers, as alternative automate concentric tube heat exchanger, for data acquisition through supervision, control system. The shown design implementation temperature transducer made up MAX6675 converter module Nano controller, amplified pulse width modulation (PWM) interface integrated TL081CP coupled analog inputs automaton. As result experimental tests, it was possible determine flow rate automated system directly proportional drop or difference in hot fluid inversely increase cold fluid, verifying effectiveness exchanger.</span>
